Our front desk is open between 9am and 6pm daily. We will always be on hand to assist with whatever you might need during those times. No guest services are provided after hours. For medical or fire related emergencies, please call 911. From the phone in any of the rooms, simply dial 9 then 911. To make any outside call, please first dial 9.
If you have booked for less than 30 days, cancellation is accepted 7 days before your check in date. Outside of this allotted time, 50% of your reservation will be charged. If you have booked for longer than 30 days, please let us know 90 days in advance if you need to cancel. Less cancellation notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO SHOW the guest will be charged 50% of the total price in the event of a no show
NON REFUNDABLE RATE: The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This form of reservation does not accept cancellations and this amount is not refundable.
For a booking longer than 30 days, a 25% deposit is required. Additional 25% will be collected 90 days prior to your check in date. For multiple room bookings, a 25% deposit will secure your reservation. Please recognize that we will release any unbooked rooms 30 days prior to the check in date.
We welcome smaller, well behaved dogs. Please note that we are unable to accommodate Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers or dogs over a weight of 25lbs. Acceptance of pets is at management’s discretion. It is necessary for you to contact us at the time of booking to make arrangements if you plan to bring your pet. Pets are only allowed in certain rooms so please call to make arrangements ahead of your stay. Vaccination records are required.
PET FEE: $30 per night for a stay less than 30 days $10 per night if staying longer than 30 days
$15 charge per person per night for any additional guests on a stay less than 30 days. $5 charge per person per night for any additional guests on a stay greater than 30 days.
There is no smoking allowed in any of the rooms – a penalty of $250 will be levied should this be contravened.
LOST KEY FEE: $40
We have a green policy with regard to housekeeping and will service your stay for free every third day for guests staying longer than 6 days. If additional housekeeping is requested, a fee of $50 is charged per service period. Daily towel service is complimentary.
